Kevin: Let’s talk about salad again. Like you said, it’s sometimes tough or you get bored with salad. What are some of the things you can do to spice up some greens in a salad?
Your body should get about 30 grams of protein each meal. If you try and get your protein from meat or dairy sources, it could set you back. Meat and dairy products are very high in sodium and fat. Trying to get your protein that way will most likely cause weight gain from the added fat. Fruits and vegetables have at least one gram of protein in them. Chicken, turkey, tuna, eggs, natural peanut butter, are all other sources of protein. If you need to you can fill in a void by taking in a whey protein shake.
Eggs are a great source of protein. Every egg contains 6 grams of high-quality protein and all 9 essential amino acids. Eggs are one of the only foods that contain naturally occurring vitamin D. They are a good source of choline. One egg yolk has about 300 micrograms of choline. Choline is an important nutrient that helps regulate the brain, nervous system, and cardiovascular system. They contain the right kind of fat. One egg contains just 5 grams of fat and only 1.5 grams of that is saturated fat. Eggs are even good for your eyes, and you can cook them so many delicious ways!
However the brine is not PVA friendly so if using a tuna and pellet mix it is best to drain the brine off and add a little Royal CBD or a PVA friendly oil to the dry flakes to produce a very effective ground bait.
Vitamin A is also very important to healthy skin maintenance. Fortunately, Vitamin A can be found in many foods; but unfortunately, the Vitamin A is lost when the foods are cooked. You can get a lot of Vitamin A from raw vegetables, but once you cook them there is very little or no Vitamin A left. Another good source of Vitamin A is raw fruit (or unprocessed fruit juices). A few of the better sources of Vitamin A are broccoli, spinach, peaches, carrots, mangoes, apricots, and kale.
If you want a sensual aromatherapy soap that’s perfect for an evening with the love of your life try patchouli, rose, and geranium. It’s also a good choice for dry skin. In fact if you want a soap strictly for dry skin replace the rose with hemp seed oil.
It has also been reported to be very successful in treating cancer. It is true that cancer cells are dormant at a ph of 7.4. So it makes sense that if you were able to achieve alkalinity within the body that it could improve the condition of cancer, but unfortunately there is not significant scientific data to back up these claims. At the forefront of alkaline diets, is a man by the name of Robert Young. Robert Young is a microbiologist who has been involved with alkaline diets for several decades.
You will need to consume sufficient healthy fats, in particular Omega-3 and Omega-6 found in fish oils and a variety of seed oils. Unfortunately our levels of these fats are usually wildly out of balance as Omega-6 oils are far more abundant in our diet than omega-3 For this reason you should look for a supplement with a ratio of 3 parts omega-3 to 1 part omega-6 either in the form of a capsule or by using hemp oil.
